Job Description

THE ROLE:

Versa Studios is seeking an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Co-Founder and Executive Director within a fast-paced, creative environment.


This role requires someone with strong judgement, discretion and a natural sense of professionalism with the ability to operate seamlessly behind the scenes whilst representing the business with confidence. You will be as comfortable hosting clients and creating a welcoming, considered environment as you are managing complex schedules and competing priorities.


Beyond the day-to-day support, you will act as a central point of coordination across our studios, bringing together teams in different locations, fostering alignment and ensuring communication flows effortlessly across the business.


We’re looking for someone proactive and self-driven, who remains focused under pressure and is keen to develop alongside the business. In return, you’ll gain meaningful exposure within a dynamic, creative business, with genuine opportunities for development.


RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full diary management, balancing competing priorities with judgement and discretion
  • Seamless coordination across multiple time zones and studio locations
  • Anticipating needs and proactively planning key meetings, engagements, and priorities
  • Acting as a trusted gatekeeper and right-hand to the Executive Director
  • Enabling collaboration across teams and locations, ensuring alignment and continuity across projects
  • Welcoming and hosting clients, creating a seamless and engaging experience
  • Overseeing the smooth day-to-day running of the office environment
  • Preparing for meetings to a high standard (agendas, materials, notes and follow-ups)
  • Tracking actions and ensuring consistent follow-through across stakeholders
  • Supporting the planning and delivery of client sessions, team gatherings and industry events
  • Managing key inboxes with accuracy, judgement and attention to tone
  • Occasional travel between studio locations (London, Manchester, Leeds)


DESIRED SKILLS:

  • Experience within a creative, media or similarly fast-paced, client-facing environment
  • Impeccable organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A calm, composed communicator with strong interpersonal awareness
  • A proactive, solutions focused mindset with a genuine desire to learn
  • High level of professionalism, discretion and emotional intelligence
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with curiosity for new tools and technologies
